Monsternet’s team has over 50 years combined experience across multiple IT disciplines including; telecommunications field engineers, IT system admins, WISP operators and ISP services.

Our history
Formed in 2016 by Fergus Weir, with the founding principle of connecting people with poor broadband in rural Highland locations, Monsternet started out with a single connection and a single radio link to a solitary relay site.
Within 24 months this had expanded to hundreds of customers, across multiple sites from the very top of Scotland, to the furthest west point of the mainland back to Inverness and surrounds.
